Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokémon Edition will be released in South Korea

The Galaxy Z Flip3 has a special edition, according to Samsung. The Galaxy Z Flip3 Pokémon Edition is the name of this version of the foldable phone, and it will be available in South Korea later this week.

The phone’s hardware will be identical to that of the model released in 2021. Only the phone’s packaging will change, as it will include a Pikachu Clear Cover Set, Pokémon Pouch with lanyard strap, Pokémon Custom Pack, Pikachu keychain, and, last but not least, a Poke Ball-shaped stand, among other Pokémon-related products.

The phone will come packed with Pokémon themes, ringtones, and wallpapers in terms of software, but other than that, it’s the same Galaxy Z Flip3 smartphone from 2021. Pricing has yet to be announced, but given the extras, we expect it to be more expensive than the basic Galaxy Z Flip3.

Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pokémon Edition Details

While the appearance of this special edition of the Galaxy Z Flip3 is changed, the hardware stays the same. As a result, you’ll get a clamshell design with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display on the inside (when opened) and a 1.9-inch AMOLED secondary display on the outside. The main display has a refresh rate of 120Hz.

In addition, It has an 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and is powered by a Snapdragon 888 mobile platform. On the photography front, there are two 12-megapixel rear cameras and a 10-megapixel selfie camera. It boasts a 3,300mAh battery with 15W rapid charging, IPX8 water and dust resistance, and 5G support, among other features.
